Well worth the price. The video is the best I ever seen on a flip down hands down. Bluetooth works perfect you can also connect to the radio station with the built in FM transmitter. Easy installation. Netflix and YouTube are the kids favorite and this hit it out the park.

Updating my review;The customer support is very good and was trying to help with updating the operating system and communicated very good. With no issues they advised me to deliver it back and get a new one. Currently the new product is on it’s way and will update the review again as the new product arrive.The initial review was bad, due to several issues with casting to the tv. After the replacement came in, I was able to use Netflix and other apps properly.The tv comes with an android OS, but don’t expect to have the same functionality as you have with your smartphone.Pros;-Picture quality-There is an option to hear the sound via radio.-I am able to download Netflix content and use offline- usb and hdmi inputs- You can transfer files to the deviceCons;- hdmi does not work for videos from my android phones (via usb c)- when using miracast there is a delay-

if you are looking for an overhead monitor for your vehicle. Look no further. THIS IS THE ONE and It has all I need. It's android device (version 9.0). My kids and I loved it. The kids can watch netflix, youtube, or youtube kids anytime. It's perfect for long distance travel when you have kids in the vehicle. The display quality is AWESOME and EASY to use with the remote.The only problem I had with this monitor was the netflix app that I accident updated to the latest version and I no longer to used netflix app but the support team was AWESOME walked me through the steps to get the netflix app reinstalled and worked again. I wished they have the instruction let users know that don't update the latest netflix app OR make the device work with the latest apps possible. I don't know yet but I hope this monitor able to update to the latest android OS as well.

Every few minutes got disconnected eventhough you have high speed internet hot spot

Android os is out of date, Netflix doesn’t work and cannot access a replacement app or other comparable apps like Disney plus, Hulu, or Amazon video. Hardware seems decent quality but software is unusable. I’m keeping it because I have already installed it however I will have to just buy a Roku and use it as a monitor. I’m very disappointed. I could have bought a monitor for a third the price.

i purchased this monitor my truck back in Nov 2019. I had it professionally installed. After it was installed, I found out that some of the features described online were not included. The monitor will not play any media that mirrored from other devices. After few days, the monitor froze and it won't turned off even when the truck was turned off. The screen stayed on for almost a week before i finally cut the cable off from the truck. So, stay away from this monitor.

The app installed to mirror other devices is installed in a different language so it’s not the easiest to use. Overall quality could be improved.
