 At first appearance, this belt seems very strong indeed. I bought this belt because I am a tower crane engineer and require a belt that I can trust when at extreme heights. The webbing feels hard wearing and the buckle has been given some hard tugs to try and open which I’m glad to say passed that test. I still need to test this out in the field over a period of time in all weathers and greasy environment to see how it holds up, but I have a lot of faith in this product.At the moment I would highly recommend trying this out!!(A point to mention).As the seller advised, this belt may struggle to go through standard belt loops if the buckles are attached as you can see on my video, my work trousers have “popper” belt loops which allows me to insert the belt and then close poppers afterwards without any hassle of undoing the buckle. But I guess if you removed the buckle loop you could pass through standard belt loops.

I bought 3 of these, one in each colour. I often wear combat/cargo-trousers and the supplied belts usually have a buckle that is made of 2 rectangular metal pieces, I find they slip and slide, and do not remain properly fasteend or straight.I decided to try this design of belt, and I am very happy.I cannot fit the buckle through the belt loops on any of my trousers, but it is a couple of seconds work to remove the buckle. The free end of the belt theads easily through the belt loops, and I quickly re-attach the buckle.It is only a tiny hassle, and both quick and easy to do even at airport security. (I have only just realised that this advice is on the product page here on Amazon.)One thing to be careful of if you do this at an airport - the loop that slides over the belt to secure the folded back end, is easily lost as you remove the belt without the buckle - mine must have ended up on the floor at Heathrow security.The belt itself seems to be good quality and the buckle system is comfortable and secure.I recommend these.

Like the belt as it’s strong when fitted but either side of the buckle are difficult to get through most belt loops. Have to take off the free end of the buckle to fit on different trousers.

This is a very tough belt, with high quality components and a great style. The inclusion of a keyring attachment is a nice touch and that could be used on any belt so that's good. The only real criticism of this is that putting the belt on is counter-intuitive! The size of the buckle means that you don't unclip it and thread it through your belt loops, you have to take the belt out of the buckle, thread that through your belt loops and then back through the buckle. It's actually quite standard but it doesn't *feel* like it because, once fitted, you open and close the belt with the buckle.But it's great-looking, easy to use (once fitted), adjusts to your exact size (no compromise-on-second-or-third-hole, too-loose-or-too-tight here) and it's strong. Recommended.

I hate wearing belts that you have to find the right hole to keep your trousers up, and after awhile they split and tear when you least want them to. I have three of this type of belt now, they are more comfortable than other belts, stronger, and once adjusted stay correct, with the straight click buckle easy to fasten. If you get slim or fatter are easy to adjust as well. I love them, and I never feel that I may lose my trousers again.

great non slip belt. liked it so much a bought another one.

A "free-end" design so easy to loop through tight trouser loops.Didn't like that the buckle doesn't sit flat due to the double strap thickness exiting the rear of the adjustable buckle but central strap attachment on the non-adjustable buckle. I think all these similar belts are the same but it is little talked about in reviews. Please somebody tell me what I am seeing wrong.

The belt and buckle are very high quality. The buckle fastens with a very reassuring click. The belt length is easy to adjust.
