Quality Antenna Adapter
Product arrived way before Amazon estimated it to.This is an adapter that allows you to connect an antenna that has an F/RG6/Coax type male connector to a car stereo or other device that has the motorola style jack (car stereos, scanners, etc...).I used this in a "boom box DIY" project using an old car stereo and it works wonderfully.I just can't speak highly enough about the quality of this adapter. It's thick and well shielded, and has a highly conductive electroplated coating on all the connectors.I'm buying some more just to have on hand because this kind of quality is hard to find.

Exactly what I needed for boombox project
I'm making a boombox out of a car stereo head unit and bookshelf speakers. Car stereos all use that funky Motorola type antenna cable, but rabbit ears tend to have a coax "F" type connector on them. I needed an adapter. Well you'd think that they are everywhere, but in fact I could find only ONE, from this seller on Amazon. I ordered it, not expecting much. Well it arrived quickly, in a very nice little box (hand packed with local newspaper and stamps on the box). At first the Motorola male end seemed too short to fit inside the jack on the back of the stereo, but it was just the rubber insulator material was a bit too long. I snipped it back a little and fit great. Plugged in some $5 set of TV rabbit ears to th and OMe other end and OMG.... those rabbit ears, connected to my new Pioneer FX830BHS receiver (via this adapter cable) is amazing! I am receiving FM stations 200 miles away! That is no exaggeration, literally 200 miles (I'm in Joplin, MO and getting stations in KC and Wichita) I've never seen an FM receiver this sensitive and selective, so clearly it likes the cheap rabbit ears and cable adapter. Thanks so much, this is going to be one helluva a boombox.

A well made adapter
One of my tuner collector customers has a pair of Scott 433 tuners that have the Motorola plug sockets for the 75 ohmantenna inputs. Your adapter is IDEAL for this purpose

High defect rate.
I ordered three of these adapters and all of them were defective. The center conductor was open on all three adapters! I called them and hopefully they are testing all their inventory to insure that other customers don't have the same issue.
