A: Yes works very well

A: You have to mix the flakes or pearl in with the inter coat clear and spray it over your base coat. Then clear over that

**Q: Can this also be used as a base clear for blending car panels, like ppg dbc500? which is better?**
A: No it’s a clear mid coat for sealing tape graphics and stripping in order to sand and smooth surface for final coats of urethane clear (not a blender)

**Q: Can you use house of kolor ru311 reducer with this?**
A: Yes but I wouldn’t use this intercoat clear it’s way to milky Orion makes one that is excellent
