Suggested Use: Use a few drops on your finger or on a toothbrush, and gently rub or brush on teeth and gums. Use your tongue to spread the oil throughout your mouth. If used between brushing, there’s no need to rinse. If used in place of toothpaste, rinse as you normally would with water or your favorite mouthwash to flush out food particles. It’s also perfect to use before and after flossing to promote lubrication and healing. As a mouthwash, add (10-15) drops to 4 ounces of water and gargle.
