Suggested Use: Spray Mist: Add 10 drops per every 1oz of water in a spray bottle. Shake before each use. Diffuser: Follow your diffuser directions. Aromatherapy: Add 1-3 drops to a tissue, hold near nose and breathe deeply for 30 seconds. Topical: Add 2-3 drops to ½ tsp. carrier oil (Olive, Jojoba, Argan, etc.) and massage onto inner arms or soles of the feet. Massage Oil: Add 12 drops to 1oz carrier oil to create your own body massage oil. Bath: Stir 5-10 drops into a full bath just before entering.
