Kila Chef Tri-Ply Frying Pan
I love this new acquisition in my kitchen. This thick pan from KilaChef has a copper exterior, an aluminum core, and a polished stainless steel interior. It is well constructed, feels comfortable and is well balanced. I like the fact that this pan is 3 mm thick, (compared to the more common thickness of 2.1 mm), which makes a huge difference in cooking. The copper exterior and the aluminum core go all over including the sides. The fry pan has sloped sides and the sauté pan has higher but vertical sides. I am glad I bought both pans. The copper bottom conducts heat quickly and efficiently. The thick aluminum core helps to retain heat while the smooth stainless steel interior is in contact with food. I am able to cook with very little oil without burning the foods; and sauces, sautés, and pan frys come out perfectly. The Julia Child technique of making "fonds" works like a charm with this pan.The pan heats and cools quickly and I had to learn to lower the heat once it heats up. I find that I can use a lower heat setting than with other pans I have used in the past. Cleaning is easy with a copper cleanser for the exterior and a steel cleanser for the interior. I use Bar Keepers friend.I like the 11 inch size. (I find that a 10" is too small and a 12" is too large for my standard GE stovetop). The KilaChef pan not only looks good but is also functional. After some use the copper soon got the patina, coloration, and character that all copper gets.In my opinion, this pan is far superior to my All Clad-pan but not as good as my heavy Mauviel. But at this cost I can use it everyday and don't mind if I beat it up. Gourmet cooking is my new hobby. I plan to buy a few more as Christmas gifts.

If you can buy only one frying pan, this is it.
Terrific pan, well worth the money. Because the stainless steel has very small pores food doesnt stick as much and clean up is very easy. Heavy and retains heat very well (slower to heat up though). Plus it will last a life time or more, and no "non-stick" coating to peel off (and the non sticks don't stay that way very long).

Don't listen to the other reviews
These pans are a steel for the value. You can visually see how thick the copper is with your own eyes and these pans would cost hundreds of dollars in a storefront. Any other review it is very obvious. These people have not cooked on stainless steel or have no idea about copper maintenance.

I was so pleased with the performance and quality I ordered a second pan. As an added bonus, these are built so sturdy that if society happens to crumble they would make an excellent shield as well. Not sure what more you could ask for from a saute pan. Excellent value

Best frying pan I own
Now this is a fairly heavy pan, but it heats quickly and evenly. It shortens the time cooking. If you heat it up right it's almost non-stick. Cleans well with bar keepers friend but I like the natural patina of copper. Can't put it in the dishwasher but the time it saves over my old cookware makes it worth it to hand wash.

Great pan
The heavy copper makes it cook very evenly. Cleans easily with Barkeeper's Friend.

An otherwise good pan, it was ruined by the fact that the handle has come loose after about a month of light use. I am not the only one to have written a review stating such. I would save your money and invest in a quality product that will last rather than this cheaply made pan that quickly degrades.
