True to size only if made in Vietnam. New manufacturing is in Madagascar and pants are way too big.
Apparently WonderWink switched from manufacturing in Vietnam to Madagascar. I have several pair these and love them. I have found that the pants manufactured in Madagascar are sized way too large. I wear large from the Vietnam manufacture and they fit perfectly. I bought some additional pairs of the pants recently that are made in Madagascar and they were so big they were falling off of me. I contacted the seller and through some communication between them and WonderWink found out that WonderWink did switch country of manufacturing to Madagascar and was also told they do seem to run larger now. The older Vietnam origins were awesome. Madagascar manufacturing has changed it up for the worse.

Forget Madagascar vs Vietnam, they fit to size for XL
I read the other reviews about Madagascar vs Vietnam, then ordered a size smaller than I normally wear. They were too small! haha The XL pants I got fit to size but I usually wear a 2XL. I liked the pants a lot so I'm returning them for a bigger size. Maybe the fit for smaller sizes is different, but the bigger sizes seem to fit accurately. The material is much different than cotton scrubs but I'm looking for something that doesn't fade so fast.

Better than Figs
Really love these scrubs. Decided to give them a try after the whole Figs ordeal. I can honestly say I like them better than Figs and they’re a much better price. I especially like the pocket placement and find it helps me compartmentalize all my gear when I’m in the ER.

Super comfortable but only match W123 tops.
Super comfortable compared to my normal carhart scrubs. I wear a M pant and L top in both. Only downside is that none of the navy wonderwink tops other than the one listed under the W123 collection match in color. Color is brighter blue than most navy options

MUST BE BOUGHT AS A SET
I was given a pair of wonderwink scrubs as part of a uniform but the pants were very very cheap. So I decided to order a better pair. I tried to stay in the wonderwink brand so that the colors would match. It’s labeled plainly as “navy”. So I just got my new pants, they fit great but they are a completely different color from the “navy” scrub top. I’m very frustrated that the color consistency within the brand is so off and now I can’t even wear the pants. Frustrated that I will have to return these pants for such a dumb reason. MUST BE BOUGHT AS A SET.

Great Product
This is a well made product. It fits nice and does not get all wrinkled up. Love all the pockets, too.

Rough material
I really expected to like these pants but unfortunately I did not like the texture of them. It was very rough on the exterior and the fit was slightly big. I am not mad at the sizing but more so that the material is not comfortable to wear. As a health care provider who is always on their toes, this did not make me feel comfortable while working.
