Work well be beware
This is truly heavy duty, strong and smooth to use.The only problem I have is unlike in the photos the screw does not secure fully up to the head, there is a few inches of screw thread missing.This means that if you want to snug it up further you need to have a block between your work piece and head of screw, this could cause slipping of block on the material so be warned.Otherwise the threads move smoothly through the body, the clamp is rigid and does not bend so you can get a secure fix and the head swivel seems secure and not likely to just fall off after a few uses.

The strength of this g clamp makes it easy to use
Its heavy to handel but to be expected. It tightens with ease.I'm using the clamp to get inlet and exsaust valve out of a 2cv cylinder head

Clamp screw too short to close fully
The photo on the listing is misleading, the screw doesn't close fully, it is the same screw as on the 8" clamp. The product is very good otherwise. I wanted it to compress and really needed it to go all the way.

Doesn’t close all the way.
The photo suggests it winds all the way closed, however it doesn’t. See photo.The clamp also arrived with paint chips.It will work for want I need it for, however I’m disappointed it wasn’t advertised correctly and was delivered bashed up. I’m not returning as it took months for this one to come, and it’s a tool. We should get new tools in a new condition or at least as they are advertised
