Attach a new snap-joint butane canister and verify no leaks before relighting. **Q: How do I check for gas leaks before using the torch?** A: After attaching the canister, ensure the valve switch is fully closed. Check that no gas odor is present before igniting. Never use the torch if you suspect a leak. **Q: How should the torch be stored to keep it away from children?** A: Close the valve switch and secure the canister when not in use. Store the torch out of reach of children, away from heat sources and flammable materials. **Q: What is the correct flame distance for cooking and browning?** A: Hold the torch so the inner blue flame is approximately 1/4 inch (about 6 mm) above the surface. Move slowly and work one area at a time for even, controlled results. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use *by Z***Z on 10 May 2021* ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recomiendo este artículo fácil de usar y orc *by F***A on 16 October 2021* Recomiendo este artículo y fácil de usar y práctico ### ⭐ Bad quality doesn't work *by A***R on 13 December 2025* ## Frequently Bought Together - Butane Torch Kitchen Blow Lighter - Culinary Torches Chef Cooking Professional Adjustable Flame with Reverse Use for Creme, Brulee, BBQ, Baking, Jewelry by FunOwlet (Butane Fuel Not Included) - GasOne Butane Fuel Canister (4pack) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/729986437-butane-torch-kitchen-blow-lighter-culinary-torches-chef-cooking-professional](https://www.desertcart.be/products/729986437-butane-torch-kitchen-blow-lighter-culinary-torches-chef-cooking-professional) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
