really good product
I have been using this in my Keto/fasting. If weightloss is what you are after it slows it down a little but that also rather depends on what you have with it as a topping. As for making it I have found it to be really easy to make and tasty which is important... I don't use quark as they recommend, the last batch I made I substituted butter and three eggs and it was yummy.... no carbs in those... I have also used Fromage freis and Clotted Cream, again zero carbs... Its filling as well and slow to digest which helps if you are doing a one meal a day fast. The ingredients are gluten free and good foods.... it comes at a price but rather than eating lots of white bread and still getting hungry quicker and bloated to boot you only really want a couple of slices of this I find.... and just to put that into perspective I'm a 6.4ft/13.6 stone male

Low Carb Gluten Free Excellence
A first rate product. It's easy to make and bake, tastes great, slices easily (unusual for a GF bread), freezes and defrosts without hampering texture or taste and still slices easily a day or two later - this is very unusual for GF bread, which normally crumbles if left a few hours. I'm coeliac and on a low-carb diet and this is perfect for me. It's more like a German bread than a British bread, but I like that type of bread anyway (and it is from Germany, after all!) I was so impressed with my first small batch that I bought this big batch to keep cost per loaf down. There are a couple of niggles though: it's not 'NO Carb', it's 'Low Carb' - you have to add a tub of quark, which contains carbs. I don't mind, but it shouldn't be advertised as 'No carb.' It's difficult for a non-German speaker to work out exactly what's in it and the nutritional values are not marked on the packet. This reduces confidence slightly, but I still give it five stars for taste, texture, sliceability and ease of making.
