I've been using HairGenesis products for nearly 20 years. This company will out of the blue change it's formulation. I use them for hair loss and also because they make my hair LOOK GOOD. These aren't your usual shampoos and conditioners. You pump out a little from the container and it comes out in highly concentrated foam. I've ordered them here on Amazon and also through other supplies. But, no joke, I have used these since 1999. (My onlycomplaint was when they changed the formulation and I wrote to a company I bought it from and said the new formula wouldn't create suds and wasn't useable..and the guy fowarded it on to a TOP executive who replied to him. I got a copy of it and it was insulting. The ex said that since I was using the product since 1999 I was resistant to change. DESPITE THAT I tried it again in a few months -- and the new formulation now DID create lots of suds and worked as good or better than the old one). I use their shampoo, conditioner and vitamins and rotate with one or two other shampoos, but I am sold that this helps greatly retard hair loss (also helps if you use a laser comb).

I meant to order the shampoo, but I ordered the conditioner by mistake. The bottles look too similar.

This is not a magic cure. It slows down the inevitable march of Mother Nature. I've used it for some time, but not all the other products serums and pills, so maybe that helps more, but this does retard the loss of hair. Just beware, the shampoo is not "sudsy", it cleans without a lot of bubbles.

I'm not sure how well the product works as the pumps (ordered 2) stopped working on both bottles of shampoo before I even used half of the bottle. I also ordered the conditioner and those pumps worked fine. Now, very little, if anything comes out of the shampoo bottles. I find it odd that this happened to both the bottles I purchased!These were too expensive to have this happen. Waste of my money.
