I’ve been eating in a deficit and very low carb with high protein and have also been working out regular. Definitely losing weight and gaining muscle. I’ve tried the powder just dumped from the scoop onto my tongue and it’s pretty bitter. But mixed with 10+ ounces of liquid it’s barely noticeable. It’s a very fine powder and the scoop is very short so my hands are always getting covered. Easiest to leave the scoop on top of the container rather that tossing it in after each use. Much neater that way
