These tourniquets will never get tight enough to stop bleeding. There's no way to get it tight enough with pulling motion alone. Tried on both my arm and my leg, it just unbuckles if you pull too hard. This product will get somebody killed if they use it in an emergency situation. Stay away, seriously.
