This tripe was well packaged in an insulated cooler with dry ice. You can buy with confidence from this seller. The items were reasonably priced and quality was as good if not better than that from a local butcher. I will definitely purchase again!

Always good. Issue is that fat content will s different from pack to another in the same box. Some are really fatty and hard to clean it off. The cleanness is excellent however some still smell not ok and I have to use lemons juice , but it could be my bad as I keep it 24 hours in fridge after removing it from freezer. I see it somehow expensive but in bought it it three times till now.If the fat ( which is due to the age of the animal ) not going to improve I will go to the local grocery meet packers as they offered same price with similar quality.

boiled one package and cut into it .was brown and disgusting inside .been making tripe for 40 years , never saw this.

This is the second time I bought tripe from Rumba Meats. I cook it the way my grandfather did in tomatoe sauce. I'm Italian and my husband is Polish and he loves it.
