Good Quality meat
I ordered the box of Rumba Oxtails and it came perfectly packaged in 4 individual packages inside a Styrofoam cooler with dry ice. Made one pkg. so far and it was very good. The only issue I had with the order is that it is unclear how much weight is in each package. I would order it again though based on the quality.

Only about one serving
Small size make it a lot of work to cook for just one but of course the taste great.

Too much fat?
I bought these to make bone broth for my dogs. The broth turned out really well, however I felt like there was a significant amount of fat.

Too much fat and bones for the price
I did not like because it cost too much money for what was received. It is packaged likable enough, but the price is really not fair for what is received. Do not buy this product! The proper cost is half of the price charged.

I dislike like the fact that you sent me two packs and you said you sent me four packs. I need the rest of my other two packs or refund me. I complained last week but you ignored me
