KATUR5 3/4" Black Aluminum Headlight Grill Cover for 2004-2014 Har-ley Sportster XL 883 1200

Item came quick- solid cover. Gave three stars cause it’s ridiculous how you have to install this thing. You have to take the whole bus plug from under the tank and you have to loosen the tank and pull off the seat which wasn’t with the look for the amount of time you have to spend to install. I gave up and cut the three wires for the headlight, reattached the wires with wire caps/elec tape and installed that way. You have to really mess with lining the cover up with the back plate and it a little tough to screw on. After all is said and done it is such a small enhancement that really wasn’t worth the effort at least for me. And btw. Once installed this thing isn’t coming off if you sell the bike etc. product is solid though and is very tight, doesn’t move or anything once on. Fit perfect on a 2013 xl883l

Fit good on my Harley sporster 1200 2018

Kinda a hassle to install. Had trouble getting it over headlight housing.

Did no fit at all, rattled until my head light broke .

Looks good but does NOT fit on a 2014 Harley Sportster XL1200X Forty Eight.

I just love the look on my scout bobber, it is a universal item, so you will have to custom fit it. grind down the tread and rubber mallet it in to place, careful to impact on edges only. solit fit.

This would have been a cool cover. But I also bought an aftermarket LED light at the same time. The led was slightly longer than the stock light so I wasn't able to screw on the back. Overall a cool looking light cover but if you have an aftermarket LED light it probably won't fit..

Solid and seems well built - yet to fit it .

Prodotto che ha superato le aspettative.Bello, robusto e rifinito.Il prodotto è arrivato nei tempi previsti.Si presenta in una scatola bianca ammaccata e inbustato superficialmente...ma tutto ciò non crea problemi perché il coprifaro è bello robusto e spesso, difficile da intaccare.Nero lucido e rifinito.Per montarlo su sportster iron 2015:•con quadro acceso scollegare mega fusibile alloggiato vicino batteria.•svitare attacco anteriore e posteriore per sollevare di qualche cm il serbatoio benzina.•svitare cover in plastica lato sx retro manubrio dove passano i cavi.•individuare cavo faro e staccarlo con la sua clip.•sollevare tappo soprafaro e svitare il bullone faro.•con il proiettore in mano far passare allinterno del cerchio coprifaro il cavo e applicare il coprifaro a righe sul davanti. Avvitare adesso le due parti in maniera decisa.•rimontare il tutto.LO CONSIGLIEREI: assolutamente si, il prodotto calza a pennello, stabile, resistente e robusto. Bello da vedere.LO RICOMPREREI: certamente.

This is a heavy and what appears to be a well made product. For a sportster it is not a straight forward install as you need to lift the tank and unhook a number of things for install. However I would think it something anyone can do. In fact if you own a bike this would be a good way to get to know it with an install like this. I would recommend.
