It works. Dedicate 2 hrs to removal and install.
The tools provided could not complete the job, they are too thick to fit between the case and screen without damaging your tablet. I ordered some metal pry tools($8) which helped me to remove the old adhesive and separate the back case.I watched 2 videos in YouTube before attempting the install.1. https://youtu.be/AZdtQLnay-sand2. https://youtu.be/RFKERHpTKygI used my wife's hair dryer around edges to soften adhesive and used pry tools to separate the cracked screen. My lcd was not damaged so this item worked perfectly. I bought a sturdy case and screen protector and the screen is still working after 6 more falls.

Simple and great product
I received this screen in perfect condition. It also has the Samsung label at the top. The screen went on perfect. The only thing I recommend is be careful when you’re pulling off the plastic part from the back. The pre adhesive tape wants to come with it. The black tape needs to stay on. Other than that, I watched some YouTube videos on how to do it and it was simple!!! I’m so glad I only had to pay $20 rather than $150 from what the stores wanted.

Ehhh. Doesn’t last long.
It worked great for maybe 2 weeks after that it stopped working. So I just purchased a new tablet. I was unsatisfied with this purchase.

It's fixed
Was devastated when I dropped my tablet full of Kindle books. the replacement fits and works like new. no instructions are included but there are lots of DIY vids on line. When replacing, it be sure your hands and work area are CLEAN, be patent and don't try to rush the process

The screen does not work properly!
I was able to replace the screen. But this one I got does not work in certain places. I have to rotate the tablet several different times just to enter my passcode. Waste of money!

Missing parts, package was eaten and screen was shattered upon arrival
It looked like the product package was eaten by a rodent. None of the tools were included. The glass was shattered.
