Perfect size water pack
This is the most perfect hydration backpack to take with you on a bike ride, a hike, a festival etc. It is small and mainly just holds your water, however there is a pocket with enough room for a few essential items like your phone, wallet, keys, small snacks, etc. I also love how this pack has ties to hold the water bladder up and in place.My only complaint is the bladder that comes with it is a little cumbersome. It's recommend purchasing a separate one that is better quality.

Great budget friendly compact hydro pack!
This bag was perfect! I was looking for a hydro pack for Disney World that was not too big or overpriced and this worked fantastic! If you are on the fence and pooking for a great budget friendly option! This is perfect! I even was able to put ice in there and it lasted a good portion of the day! Which is saying something for August Florida heatwaves! ANd it held everything I needed for the day, while still being small and compact in size!

No easy way to dry inside of water pouch
Works pretty well, would be 4 stars but there's no way way I can find to dry the inside of the water pouch. Hard to prop open so it can air dry, even tried blow drying to no avail. Next will try to squeeze a towel through the opening. But come on.

Bad stitching
UPDATE:Customer service contacted me and said they would send me a new bag, but it's been over 14 days and I haven't received one yetWhile this product holds water good, I used it only three times and the stitching on the strap that I use to hold the water tube while biking came off so no I don't have a place to hold the water tube. I tried contacting the yesing company but the phone number is disconnected and they aren't answering my email.

Don't recommend
The pros: lots of extra room in the pack even when full of water. The towel was nice on the desert hike...my daughter used it and loved it. The cons: it was leaky after the first use and the mouth piece fell off. We had three different kinds of hydration packs and this one gave the most problems.

Even better than expected.
This was even better than expected. There's a lot of room in this backpack and was great for hiking! This was a really great price.
