What I received was not what is pictured. The handles are totally different from the pictures shown, as well as the description. Mine are hard as a rock, with fine raised edges that cover the entire grip. I find myself having to wear gloves to use them for any length of time, and that is considering I have pretty tough hands. Short of the TERRIBLE grips, I would actually like them as they do give your hands a decent workout after enough reps.PS,....if you are a normal, healthy male I suggest the highest resistance pair. The middle rated ones I got are pretty easy actually, and it takes a lot of reps to make my hands tired.

they were small. made for small person but i cope with it and my big hands. this was a 2-pk and both squeek real bad, but ok for the money. they work good.

High quality/excellent packaging. Keep in mind these really are heavy duty. If you don't already have a great deal of grip strength, then you'd be happier the medium or light version of this.

No frills grips. Good, solid and reliable. Would buy again.

Grips I got were nothing like the picture. First the box it came in was not the brand of "Zoldir" and the box was beat up. The quality was cheap. It looks like something you would buy at a toy store for a 5 year old. Very misleading. But easy to return.

I bought the heavy duty ones and they are really small and not that hard to squeeze, I only weigh 150 lbs and I can squeeze them easily

I've been wanting some grip strengtheners to prepare for wake boarding season. (For reference, I am an active woman in my twenties.) I ordered the black strengtheners, which are "extra heavy." I can squeeze this until the two handles are touching pretty easily, but only a few times before my hand is too tired, but I'm sure it will get easier with practice. I'm really glad I got the extra heavy strength or else I think it would have been too easy for me.There are a few reasons these are getting four stars instead of five. One is because these grips are really quite small. They are okay for my hands, but anyone with hands even just a little bigger than mine, and this isn't going to be a good option for those people. (See my picture for a size reference.) Another thing is I feel like the handles could definitely be more comfortable to grip. These handles are made out of hard plastic that isn't the most comfortable to continuously grip onto. And the third reason, as I mentioned above, is that these just really aren't very difficult to use. I mean, I'm an average-sized girl and I'm not having any trouble with the extra heavy grips. Oh, and I have to mention the hideous box these come in, lol. I like that they come in a box, but I would rather it be unprinted as opposed to this box. (FYI, it does show a girl on the front.) I think the manufacturer would be better off not sending a box at all or just a plain box because this box looks so 80s and it makes the product look cheap. I recommend a redesign, lol. All of that isn't to say that these aren't good hand/grip strengtheners. They are good for my purposes and I will certainly use them. If you have medium-sized or larger hands or if you are looking for a challenge, I don't recommend these. They are good for people like me, though.Some things I like about this product is that they do seem to be very sturdy. The handles are plastic, but it is very tough, hard plastic that seems very durable. I like the finger indentations in the handle. They make gripping much easier. The metal part seems well-made and sturdy. Overall, I am happy with these, but they are definitely for people with small hands! I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
