**UPDATE: 5 Dec 2018** - I really wanted to like this charger! The company tried hard...they sent me a replacement charger free of charge after the first one continued to have problems even after replacing the plug with one capable of a larger power output. Sadly, when I place both my watch and phone on the charger at the same time, my phone constantly chimes on/off and the charging takes forever. I have an Apple Watch Series 4 and an iPhone Xs. My wife has the exact same devices as me, so we tried the charger with her phone and watch, and got almost the same result. The difference for her was that her watch constantly chimed on/off and took forever to charge. It's too bad. The company was helpful and accommodating, but the product is just poor.This charger is simple, small, neat and really cleans up the cords on your nightstand lol! It only comes with a usb cable for the charger base itself. No plug, and no Apple Watch cable. When I unpacked it, I grabbed a spare Apple charger plug laying around and used it, only to discover that it wouldn’t charge my iPhone Xs and Apple Watch Series 2 simultaneously. The phone seemed to charge ok, but my watch would constantly cycle on/off and ding like it was being taken on and off the charger. I emailed the company, who responded back within an hour and recommended I check the output power of the plug I was using, and to be sure it was capable of 2A or greater. Problem identified. The 12W Apple charger in the other pic works great for me. Both my devices charged simultaneously as intended, but only for about 2 days.

This thing worked great for about a month and a half. Then I would notice my phone not fully charged some mornings. I troubleshot it, determining it was the cable I was using and swapped it out. That worked for a while, but I noticed again my phone wouldn’t charge fully. A new cable worked again for a bit...I think you know where I’m going with this. I bought two, one for me and my wife and she doesn’t seem to be having these issues. I also don’t like that it doesn’t hide the charging cord for my watch.UPDATE:My wife’s has now stopped charging as well. It’s interesting that both of them stopped working AFTER the return window has passed. Don’t waste your money on this product!

The product looks good, but the most important thing, it would not charge my iphone xs max, it will hook at first then after a few seconds it will not charge anymore. Poor quality’s

My younger sister has an iPhoneand watch and she has mentioned more than once that she wanted a stand. A coworker of mine told me to check Amazon. He found this one and sent me the link. He also has one similar. My sister really likes it and says the quality and durability seem to be pretty good. This purchase was a win for me.

Both chargers work great; however, if you put a case even a thin one on a XsMax the wireless charger will not work. The charging points won’t line up. I think you will be fine with a smaller phone.

I bought two of these, one for myself, another for my girlfriend. One worked for less than a week.

Was working great for an overnight charger then just stopped charging my phone. It’ll hold the charge on my phone but it won’t increase the battery life. This is only a month and a half later and very upset that it is now useless. It’s outside the window to return so this is my only option left is to leave a review and hopefully get this rectified

This POS started hissing 3 weeks after owning it and just stopped working altogether. Total trash and I just passed the 30 day return grace period. Ugh!
