last year I was without power for almost 2 weeks... I could have stayed at a relatives house who had power, but their beds are SOOO uncomfortable, I preferred to stay home and endure the heat without power!! This has happened a few times in the past few years, so thinking ahead I decided to buy this so if/when the power goes out again I will have a place to go without being tortured by an overly firm mattress!! This comes in it's own carrying case which is perfect. This was so simple to unbox and set up, took just a few minutes to inflate and it was not too loud either. It is flocked on the top so this will help sheets stay on the mattress instead of sliding off. The height is about 18" but it may be more as I didn't fill it up all the way as I hate a firm mattress. It has been set up in my living room for almost a week now to test it out and ensure there are no leaks and everything is great. I will probably purchase an eggcrate topper for it because I do love a soft mattress, but it is fine as it is because it didn't give me a dreaded backache. It did have a tiny bit of an odor (as most new items do), but that was gone after an hour or 2. I purchased this on a lightning deal, so look out for some sales!

We bought this brand new at a local Amazon store. Didn't use it forever. Got it out. Inflated great and slept comfortably, went to deflate it and it no longer works. So disappointed. Won't inflate or deflate.

The mattress has a whole in less than 4 months and I am having such a hard time finding the hole to even fix it. It very frustrating and another mattress i ordered the same time from a different company for the same dollar amount is working perfectly fine. Wished i purchase 2 of the other one instead.

Nice quality great value.However now developed inflation issues.Leaks, but no trace.

Edit: they actually care about the customers and read the reviews. I was surprise to be contacted by one of their rep and they send me a new air matress at no cost die the fact that the one i had is still under warranty. So definitely try to contact with their customer services. It helps!Easily inflated but then again, easily deflated too. Comparing to other reviews I think the actual life time (continously used) of this airmatress is 5 months. I was living in high floor with no elevator so I thought to myself I might get air matress to avoid the carrying part of an actual mattress.Long story short, dont do it. Take the hassle because you’re gonna end up paying the same amount for an actual mattress anyway. I spent $50 on this thing and it lasts me 5 months, then it started to pop, like tiny hole in the surface on the top (not even in the bottom) , and as I patched it, there will be more tiny tears... it is just not worth patching anymore... and now I have a get an actual mattress anyway. And I am medium-weight.If you ocassionally use it then it is awesome. But it is just not for everyday use, I learnt it the hard way.

It's a comfortable and large-enough mattress, but after 2 months of use on-and-off, there's a hole at the seam that's hard to patch. I put the patch on, following the directions on the paper it comes with, but it still seems to leak out air. It's been inflated for the past hour and it already feels less firm. Also, it's a queen-sized air mattress, but I find that it's hard for two people to sleep on this because the edges aren't very leveled. If you sleep on one side, you may roll off.---Update---Initially I could not get a hold of anyone at the company to replace the malfunctioning product. However, after some time, someone from the company reached out to me and sent me a replacement immediately without worrying about sending back the other one. I appreciated how quickly they sent it to me. However, it did take over a month to get a hold of someone, which has been very frustrating. I like the mattress. It's comfortable and huge, so I can't complain, but the issue with it not being completely leveled is still a concern.

Need patch kit and number to contact manufacturer

The seam split open after the third night of normal use (on a carpeted floor, by a 100-lb woman). There was no repair patch kit included, as stated on the box and instructions. My husband purchased a repair kit from Dick's sporting Goods but the rip was too large to be patched reliably - the repair did not work for more than one more night of use. All of this happened after the return window, so I'm left with a very large piece of vinyl that I now have to figure out how to recycle.
