The resistance is 0.9 ohm. Stall current = ohm * voltage. At 6 volts the stall current is 5.4 amps. Free running, no load will be a lot less. Something like 75 milliamperes. **Q: How do you turn them off?** A: Remove power. **Q: Is this 60 rpm?** A: No. They are 15000 rpm at rated voltage **Q: I've looked at all questions and find the answers to torque,operating current at 3V no load, and stall current at 3V questionable. What is the values?** A: Not sure why these numbers are important to you, so answering them leads to a lot of "depends." The no load 3v current depends on how warm the motor is cold motor is 0.9A, a hot motor is 0.65A. stall current depends a lot on the power source a chemical source (battery) vs a rectified source vs a pulsed (DC-DC) source; I can get between 1.2A and 3.7A.
