It's a plug and play system, with 1TB HDD included. I wanted to use the system to protect our home. The video quality of the 4 cameras are nice and the videos are smooth on the NVR screen. Day & night vision are good if you give the cameras good lighting. The only problem I have is that when I playback the recording files on EseeCloud, it just keeps searching, searching, searching... I don’t know what could be the problem, will check my network and try this again. So far this CCTV system works very well for the intended purpose other than the problem mentioned.

I purchased this NVR because I already had two cameras and wanted to record from these cameras. The NVR was advertised as being able to load other cameras. After following the correct procedures I found the cameras failed to load. Many emails to the help facility I had to purchase another camera from Luowice . I had to supply screen shots and details of my cameras but nothing worked. I now find out the firmware does not support loading my cameras and I need to purchase a flash drive and update the firmware to the latest version to allow the cameras to load. Very disappointed. The NVR works very well with the cameras that come with the system but it was supplied with older firmware that does not support other cameras.

This surveillance camera system was easy to set up and configured. It’s somewhat of a task running all the cables. The cameras and the nvr console have adequate features for a well rounded surveillance system. The cameras come with the audio input, records sound. This is exactly what I wanted. I do recommend this surveillance kit. If the CCTV cameras are integrated with embedded microphone, it would be perfect.

Could do with longer cables.

Ordered yesterday, arrived and installed today (so unable to comment on night vision). Do lovely impressed -- does every thing it said it would. Will buying two extra cameras, and as soon as I find out which app is required, will be viewing on my kindle fire. Fantastic.

I brought this product in good faith and paid good money that the product would work which I have followed the instructions correctly and it does not work, do not buy this product as it is extremely poor and I have asked for a refund as it is not what the advertisement states and for the amount you’ll be paying would expect it to work.

Not being very technical I found this cctv system easy to install set up . Also to add app to my phone and I pad.Picture quality is good day and night. Would recommmend.
