505 southwestern MEDIUM green chile sauce 40 ounces (Pack of 2)

This is the greatest green chile sauce ever. Run, don’t walk, to buy it. The flavor is warm, not hot. The fact I can have this perfection in my home in Ohio without the travel to New Mexico right now, makes my heart go pitter-pat. I am a Midwesterner and my taste may not be as refined as others, but even other New Mexicans have recommended me this sauce.

This chile has a distinct Hatch flavor. Excellent taste & the jars are larger than I thought. Packed well & shipping was fast. I’ll be ordering again & again!Update...I just received my second shipment of 505 chile & already made enchiladas! Shipping is fast & the jars are bubble wrapped. Great product, very tasty and great quality. Only problem is that one of the bottle I bought was broken when it was delivered. They need to improve the packaging.

We live in Indiana & finding green chili is difficult at best but this is super easy & a huge hit!! Great on breakfast or meat & bean burritos!!!

Love this but way over priced on Amazon. Luckily we can get at our Florida Costco now.

I eat a ton of green chile, every day, usually twice a day. I live in California right now so have to get my fix through the mail in cans and jars. There are just a few brands available. I'm not squeamish about a few stems and skins but I've switched to another brand because 505's quality control has gone down so badly. I've bought it at Costco, Amazon, and most often directly from the company. They seem to have forgotten to clean the jars or jugs before putting on the lids (see photos). I've never gotten a bad jar, but this is a constant problem now. I've found that 505 chile has the most stems and skins compared to the completion too, and from time to time I also find a stray black hair in the chile too. I'm not squeamish like I said, so I still eat the chile, but I've also switched to the more expensive brand. Hopefully, they fix this problem. I'd like to go back to being a customer.
