It says pack of 1, and picture shows right foot, how do I order left foot as well?

I have suffered from chronic back pain for several years now. Would the lower back pain or the heavy duty support insoles be more beneficial?

The ones that are targeted for lower back have much better heal support than this one. The lower back pain mainly have heal support. There are quite a few Dr. Scholls insoles that do both well. (Running, Extra Support, and Tri-Comfort). All three are pretty similar, the Running one has more cushioning in the heel, but you'd only notice it running/jumping, even more than the lower back specific one. Tri-comfort does everything realy well, can be found for under $7 but lasts 8 weeks. (Tri-comfort=good to try).

Do I need to remove the original shoes insoles to insert these?

I found it best to remove the original shoe insert, especially if you have already worn the shoes because by now the original insert has worn down some anyway.

They promise customer satisfaction But it is not true. They say it takes time to work so they say they provide a90 day return promise. But it follows the usual returns policy of Amazon not the 90 day satisfaction guaranteed. Be careful.
