It def protects your hair from the heat; if you gonna use it daily be careful how much you use. I found that it made my hair too greasy & I didn't like it. Maybe is just my hair, but you can test it out to see how your hair does with it.

Q: Can you use this on Dry hair? Or does it have to be wet??
