Metal Loop Bands for Fitbit Alta/Fitbit Alta HR Breathable Stainless Steel Loop Mesh Magnetic Adjustable Wristband for Women Men (Silver)

I've only had it a couple of days, but I really like this Alta band. Although I have loved the colorful bands I have bought previously, they haven't held up that great, so I decided to go with a metal band to see how it holds up. I really love the magnet that makes the band so easy to adjust. Thank you for a beautiful and functional product!

Band looks beautiful, is well made, and it was easy to replace the old band. Would buy again, and I have recommended it to friends.

Band has several rough edges, snags on knit clothing. Otherwise fits Fitsbit Alta well, is attractive. Contacted manufacturer about rough edges, hoping the one I received was 'defective'. Response from manufacturer was that I could return for full refund and that they would strengthen quality management in the future. I need the band, so I lightly filed the rough edges - still snag. I applied a bit of clear nail polish to rough edges which greatly reduces the snagging. I believe I will have to repeat the polish from time to time.

This mesh band might fit on women and a child's wrist with small hands. MAYBE. If you are a normal size man, good luck trying to slide the Alta HR over your hand even with this mesh band extended all the way. It looks like it might close once past the hand, but I CANNOT slide this band over my hand! I do have large hands, but not abnormally large. If the band was about 1 to 1-1/2" longer it would probably work for me. MAYBE? I do like the quality, although the magnetic closure is a little weak. I imagine it may not stay tight on your wrist? It's going in the trash! I can't seem to find LARGE metal bands for the Fitbit Alta HR. Is the Alta mainly used by women?

Quality is great, but a bit small for me. Had to take out the whole band to put it on and off... which wasnt convenient. If you have small hands, and you can do it without having to open it all the way, you will love it..
