Fresh and Good value.However they were not as finely ground as some other brands, so it just depends on what you are baking.

i just found it is not as fine as the other almond flour i bought so it ...
i just found it is not as fine as the other almond flour i bought so it affected how my food turned out. i would buy again but i prefer it be more ground. It just didn't perform the same in my recipes as other fine ground almond flour.
