I can see an improvement.After almost 9 days of wearing this posture corrector, I can definitely see an improvement. However, I do believe that this requires consistency as you can’t expect to wear it for 20 min one day and your problem disappears. That being said, I found the brace to perform exactly as described.I did not have any problems putting it on or adjusting it to my body. If something I found the process straightforward, but I think the key for this device to work is taking the time to adjust it to YOUR body. I opened the brace to the max, put it on and arranged the pads under my arms because I didn’t want to feel any rubbing or digging into my skin. I tightened the velcro straps down until I felt that my body is sitting in a proper posture. And then I went on with my tasks. I wore it for around 30 minutes in the first few days. I think that in the 5th or 6th day I increased the time a bit. But this will depend on your posture mostly. So start in smaller chunks of time and work your way up. And be consistent!!Is it uncomfortable? I wouldn’t say ‘uncomfortable’ but definitely a little strange at the beginning because you have to get used to it. Also, I believe that if you have really bad posture you may take longer to accustom to the device while it does its thing. The shoulder straps have padding and are really really soft. Also, the underarm pads are a nice thoughtful addition in my opinion. The quality is really nice and I find the product to be well made.To be honest, I was a little sceptical before ordering this posture corrector because I was afraid it won’t work. What really got me to buy it was the guarantee that they offer. Basically, if you really don’t see any improvement in your posture (which now I really doubt can happen if you really use it properly) you get your money back. What I would say now is that it is worth it. You don’t even have to wear it in public if you don’t want. I personally wear it only when I’m at home.Not only that I would recommend this to my friends but I would even gift it to them.

Yes, this is a smart reminder to keep your back straight. After being pregnant twice I've been having posture problems for a few years. Finally, it is time to remember to keep my back straight so I decided to buy this product. I was frustrated at the beginning because I didn't know how to use it. After I pulled the straps and adjusted to appropriate tightness it took me some time to figure out where to attach the straps. The user manual has only 4 pictures and it can be a little confusing. Then I looked at the pictures on Amazon and I noticed that the velcro on the straps attaches directly on to the fabric. That was specially made to adjust for each person size. I am very glad I didn't return the product before I figured out how to use it. I am wearing this for 20 minutes a day while doing my house chores. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. After I take it off, It keeps my mindset to have a good posture. I purchased this two weeks ago. I will recommend it to my friends.

First things first, I’ve looked everywhere for recommendations on how long to use it and couldn’t find much on it. I’d start with 5-10 minute incramints because I put it on for about 30 minutes and did some chores and felt great until I took it off, I was very very sore ( I also have terrible posture). I highly recommend taking it slow but it works great!

Before buying this product, I was worried it will be uncomfortable. Got the product, easy adjustment, correct posture, no issue. Then started working on my laptop and by default adopted the well known bad posture - guess what? This device started to feel uncomfortable, felt like I had a backpack on my back, really felt the need to take it off. Once I corrected the posture, no more problem.I don't know how it is working for other people - I was able to wear it for hours on the first day, despite the recommendations. As long as I keep my posture right, I really don't feel it. It is only noticeable once I have a bad posture.

Easy to use and good quality. It helped my posture so much. I have been wearing it while working at the computer, for a few hours each day. It’s been almost a month now and I could feel the difference in the way I hold my body.It makes you keep your upper body straight and somehow your body learns to stand that way. Give it some time to work its magic and you will see the difference. I would recommend it.

The package arrived on time and as described. I've found it very useful in helping my posture as I often find myself slouching or leaning over my computer. My posture has continued to decline the longer I sit at a computer and this product has allowed me to improve my posture. Straps are relatively comfortable and don't even feel like they're there!

Well priced and packaged.I followed instructions and managed to put it on.It does make me aware of this harness and kind of reminder to keep my shoulders back and pasture straight.We shall see.As of now it feels good and I will keep it on for 20-30 minutes as instructed

I didn’t think this worked very well. It was uncomfortable, and I felt like I wasn’t really standing straighter but I was standing different definitely.
