"A GAY VAMPIRE SEX CLUB AFTER SUNRISE IS THE LONLIEST PLACE ON EARTH"
The third (and apparently final) season of "The Lair" is the best. Creator-writer-director Fred Olen Ray has cleared the series of its literal "dead weight." Matty Ferraro as wimpy wherewolf Ian , Beverly Lynne as the pointless character Laura, and stupid doctor Jake with the possessed plant, are thankfully gone. The performances are sharper, especially David Moretti as Thom, and the storyline is engrossing. Best of all, Brian Nolan returns as "ghost" Frankie, who offers pithy commentary on the sexy and supernatural plots. Frankie humorously refers to vampire lord Damien (Peter Stickles) as a "rebel without a coffin." Season 3 picks up six months after the conclusion of Season 2. Thom seeks a mysterious ring that will protect him from supernatural influences; especially the overpowering influence of Damien. Thom's quest has far-reaching, unanticipated reprecussions. Thom's ex-ex-boyfriend Ritchie (Bobby Quinn Rice) brings Damien's rival Colin (Dylan Vox) back from the dead. Colin immediately establishes a new base of operations. But Colin is the least of Damien's troubles. Damien must suffer the wrath of the vengeful Frau Von Hess (Sybil Danning). There is also Athen (Steven Hirschi), a male Gorgon who, with one look, turns his victims into stone statues. Adult film legend Ron Jeremy even makes a brief appearance in episode nine. Sheriff Trout (Colton Ford), who inexplicably has regained his sight after being blinded in Season 2, has the only storyline that doesn't make any sense. Season 3 stays fairly, but firmly, focused on the complicated relationship between Thom and Damien. Moretti and Stickles have fantastic chemistry together as their characters struggle to discover if romance and true love between a sexy mortal man and an equally sexy vampire is possible.

Gay vampires...love it!!!!!
I like both Dante's Cove and The Lair and both for different reasions. The focus of Dante's Cove is the occult and includes gay and lesbian characters. The Lair is almost all about gay guys. Season three of the Lair is the best yet. It's all about gay vampires and other supernature things. It has good looking guys, full nudity and gay sex. The addition of Steven Hirschis is a welcome addition. He is soooo hot and his character is very interesting and different. Also he and Frankie Valenti make a cute couple. This is a two dvd set and has 13 episodes. I could have done without the female vampire character, but was nice seeing Sybil Danning still acting. And just like Dante's Cove and the night time soaps the season finale always leaves you hanging with multiple story lines left in the air. I certainly hope Season 4 will be shown on Logo in the near future and then released on dvd.

Guilty & Pleasurable!!!
I love this show. Its fun, its funny, its sexy and the story line aint half bad. Give it to Peter Jackson and it will be a hit. I dont know call me crazy, but I think its great seeing all the pornstars that we all know and love. The Lair is a show that REALLY belongs to the gay community. You really have to be submerged in the Gay Culture to pick up all the little this and thats that I love. From the magazines sitting on coffee tables, to the random guys sitting in the bars. I think I have screamed "HEY THATS..."several times. I almost passed out seeing Stonie again (NOT IN THIS SEASON OF THE LAIR). Great show, I wish it could go on forever. I have made a vow, that if I won the lottery I would give a million to keep the Lair going and going. And this is worth it just to see Colton Ford in those white lounge pants, OMG sexy sexy..lol.

Good series
The last collection, as this time they have werewolves, most gay characters, and it seems that a woman wants to kill damien, for turning her son

The Lair season 3
I start watching it online when I didn't have nothing on t.v. Saturday. I really like horror movies with different things. I not in gay movies but they seem more interesting with drama, the more clue and love. I do like Darmin vampire because he's the leader of the vampires and he is in love with Thom. I can't wait until coming out The Lair season 4 because the conclusion was sad. And I hope Darmin get revenage on Colin and this time killed him the final time.

Better With Age
Number 3 is the best. The actors are learning to really act - not just read and pose. Seems like the stories were more focused too. The gorgon character was something different - and the actor did not need magic powers to turn me to stone. Still just a fun and shameless way to spend an evening.

Twilight Meets La Cage aux Folles
One of the most delightfully camp, trashy, splendidly awful bits of viewing. Something that should be on every gay-boy's list of guilty pleasures.Acres of buff young studs throwing their kit off at the least provocation and a plot with more holes than Swiss Cheese! The whole series thus far (1-3) is an super camp boytotty-fest.If you haven't done so already buy the 3 seasons, get the popcorn in a sit back and enjoy. And if you really want to overdose - get Dante's Cove as well!

Trashy - but gripping
This is no 'Dante's Cove' - however I love it! Trashy, it may be, the acting by some of the characters (in particular Colin) dodgy to say the least! And the plot sometimes a bit thin - this said - I still enjoy it and after watching one episode I can't wait to watch the next! AND there is some definite eye candy in it too! Go on guys (and gals) get all three seasons, settle back and enjoy some (very) light entertainment!

NO SUBTITLES
Hello!I've seen "The Lair 1 and 2" and of course Season 3 is also worthwhile. The only thing is that there is any kind of subtitles, even in English! This I believe is a lack of respect for all those people who are deaf or deaf mute. I hope by "TLA Realising", "Here television" or "Regent" to spread the subtitles, so that everyone can enjoy these 13 new chapters of "The Lair". Greetings to everyone!
