It took a couple of days from them to adjust, but once they did, it was great. We have two cats, so I ordered a second one for another floor in our home. Review: I bought this for my cats to have a water container where the sun couldn’t evaporate the water too fast while we went out of town for the weekend. I also could track how much water was in it and how much my cats drank. The notifications are a pain to clear out on the app, but otherwise the app works well with it. But the part I love the most is how easy to clean it. I’ve always done filtered water bowls, and it’s always a pain to unplug the water bowl, but having this fountain it’s wireless for the pump making it easy to fill and clean it. It also looks very nice on the cabinet for my cats to access. It looks like a nice water fountain with the nice sounds of a water fountain. I wish they would come up with one with a deeper bowl for bigger dogs - if/ when they do, I will definitely purchase one for my beagle/ coonhound mix.
