Don't waste your money
After a hard interval set the large container was drained with no apparent effect. I guess my lungs are too big for even the large can. Lol

Not worth it.
There are not as many sprays as advertised. I think both of mine were gone in less than a week. I used mine for better sports endurance and really could not tell a difference. I feel like I just received canned air not O.

You get what you pay for that's for sure?
This oxygen can leaks and doesn't taste the same as the Boost brand. I get more inhalation with Boost. You get what you pay for that's for sure!
