This is excellent 12% food-grade hydrogen peroxide. You can go online and get the tables to dilute it with the right amount of filtered water to 3%, 6% or whatever dilution you want. 12% is likely way stronger than anything you would need. Be careful when handling this, as it's obviously strong stuff. I use it diluted to 5 or 6% for cleaning, and especially for mopping kitchen and bathroom floors, as it's certainly anti-microbial. Sometimes I use it at 3% as you would most store-bought hydrogen peroxide. If you use it internally (I tend to think that's not a good idea except MAYBE as a 1% dilution), please do your own research about pros and cons of ingesting hydrogen peroxide, and make up your own mind.

My peroxide arrived via FedEx. It was packaged very well!!One bottle did have a bit of leakage.Word to the wise: WEAR GLOVES when handling the raw peroxide! It will burn your skin, leaving it white for a while, too. This is the real deal.... Be aware of spills.Pictures are of how my package looked upon opening.Each bottle was taped at the cap (no safety seal as the cap needs to release pressure build up to prevent the bottle from potentially exploding) and double wrapped in plastic bags. The bottle that had leakage e des up with the lable being smudged off in some spots.This peroxide is great for cleaning, bleaching and for medicinal purposes. If you have Lyme disease start with just ONE DROP mixed in a large glass of DISTILLED WATER (***ONLY DISTILLED WATER!***) and increase slowly.
