a very easy to follow book for a novice like me the easy to follow instructions ended with a very sophisticated cake and using the transfer sheets were a dream , I even successfully followed the instructions to use t .ransfer sheets on sugar paste , fabulous

I ordered this book purely because of the picture on the front of the book as I assumed instructions to make the cake would be in the book but they were not. As I already have lots of chocolate books I would not have bought another one. Having said that, there were lots of photos and the instructions were very clear for a beginner so would recommend this for somebody starting out.

Great book full of useful information and good value for the price, I would recommend this book to other people.
