This luxury giant chess pieces se Review: Awesome! Great seller, great product - VERY, VERY PLEASED! These chest pieces are amazing. They are just perfect for using in a large indoor space or during outdoor events. You can add sand to the base with ease if you want them to be a bit heavier and not be affected by the wind. The seller was amazing and expedited the shipment so it would arrive earlier than expected. Review: Arrived early with all pieces in good shape. - This was ordered to support a larger Eagle Scout project. The pieces arrived a week earlier than expected. They arrived in two large boxes, one for the black pieces and one for the white pieces. The boxes were in good shape and all of the pieces were accounted for. While some assembly is required, they all went together well enough and they all sat flat. (You might have to unscrew and re-screw a few of them to get a tight fit.) For the people complaining that these weren’t worth the money, you should ask yourselves ‘why did you order them?’ While they were expensive, if you WANT a really large chess set, you’ll have to pay the really large chess set price. ## Features - (32) Chess Pieces - 16 Black and 16 White - 25 inch tall King; Weight range - 1.5 to 3 pounds - Great mix of size, weight and cost; Light enough for the youngest players; Most popular size of all - Made of high-density plastic; Waterproof; UV protected; Durable; Designed to resist staining and fading - Perfect for playing at the park, beach, campground or anywhere friends or family gather - Chess Board and Chess Mat are sold separately ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00IIXBFPU | | Amazon | いいえ | ## Product Details - **CPSIA注意事項:** 適用する警告なし - **ブランド:** MegaChess - **材質:** プラスチック - **色:** ブラック - **電池が必要ですか?:** いいえ ## Images ![MegaChess Giant Plastic Chess Set with a 25" King - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71erWkEBzUL.jpg) ![MegaChess Giant Plastic Chess Set with a 25" King - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/7167UA7YGyL.jpg) ![MegaChess Giant Plastic Chess Set with a 25" King - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81V1MdRczfL.jpg) ![MegaChess Giant Plastic Chess Set with a 25" King - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71FoYJnR5cL.jpg) ![MegaChess Giant Plastic Chess Set with a 25" King - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81ZwjdOjJjL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can the colors in the set be custominzed, ie, green and red or blue and gold?** A: Hello, great question. If you are going to use the set for strictly decoration, the set can be painted easily and will be long lasting. There are many examples on the internet of customers who have painted our sets for decoration. However, if you intent to play chess with the set after painting, the paint will flake off. This is due to two properties of this set. We have an anti-stain additive that prevents the sets from being discolored. Second, the sets are made to give slightly on impact. It is why they are so durable. We've found that the slight give to the plastic causes separation from the paint, and eventually flaking. It's probably not the answer you were hoping for, but we'd rather you be fully informed. Note - we do sell a fiberglass set that many of our customers paint. Please feel free to inquire. MegaChess **Q: Hi! I was wondering if u have come up with a way to store the chess set when not in use? Or do u leave them out in all weather?** A: Hi Faith. Thanks for your question. Customers choose to store the chess set for various reasons. Some customers need to take the set in for security. Some only use the set occasionally and set it up for each use. Most customers leave the set out all the time. The sun and heat have no effect on the set. It is both UV protected and has an additive to prevent staining. We have these sets in the Middle East, the deserts in the US Southwest and heat and sun isn't a problem. For storage, we sell storage bags on Amazon specifically for this set under ASIN B015DEIORI (copy and paste in the browser). Four bags are required for this set. Most customers who choose to store the set simply toss the pieces back into the boxes they ship in. Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you Faith. MegaChess **Q: I see in the video that you can add lights, how much is it and how do I order it with them, and can I have my initials put on them..?** A: Hi Kim, thanks for your question. We customize sets and add LED to sets all the time. We do not offer either of those services on Amazon. Feel free to contact us directly if you have additional questions. Thank you again for your question. MegaChess **Q: Can I buy independent pieces??** A: Hi Francisco, Thank you for your question. Yes, you can purchase individual pieces to the 25" Plastic Chess Set on Amazon. You can copy and paste the Amazon Product Numbers into the Amazon search bar to find them. If you have any questions, you can reach back out to us. Kings - B0773WWL8F. Queens - B0773VNLSB. Bishops - B0773SPC2J. Knights - B0773X3ZGC, Rooks - B0773X3VBC. Pawns - B0773V7BWH.
