Il profumo è inebriante, la tostatura medio scura (tre su cinque chicchi come indicato sulla confezione) e la macinatura fine. Anche se non indicato sulla confezione, dovrebbe trattarsi di una miscela 90 percento arabica e 10 percento robusta. Il sapore è ottimo: note di nocciola e mai di gomma bruciata come nella maggior parte dei caffè tostati in Italia. Berlo è davvero un piacere. Lo preparo con filtro percolatore, è adatto alla caffettiera a pressa tipo francese e anche per moka all'italiana, secondo quanto indicato sulla confezione. Pagato 9,90 per 500 grammi a novembre 2021. In Germania la stessa confezione costa intorno ai 6,50.
