The sound quality is loud and crisp, much better than expected at this price. The MIUI (POCO’s custom UI) feels smooth, user-friendly, and well-optimized with minimal lag. Performance is excellent for daily use — multitasking, streaming, and casual gaming run smoothly. Battery backup easily lasts a full day. I was also impressed that the moment I connected it to the internet, it showed two updates — a system update and an October 2025 security update, showing that the phone is well-supported with the latest software. Overall, the POCO C71 delivers more than what it costs — stylish design, solid performance, and great value under ₹7,000. Highly recommended for students, beginners, and everyday users!

Worst purchase ever – Fake specifications & heating issues! I regret buying this phone. The seller/brand is completely misleading. The phone claims to have a 5200mAh battery, but in reality it feels no more than 2500mAh – it drains within hours even with normal usage. On top of that, the phone gets extremely hot from the very beginning, even during basic tasks like browsing or WhatsApp. The worst part is the voice issue during calls and especially video calls – the other person can barely hear me, and the sound quality is distorted and unclear. This is nothing but cheap quality, fake specs, and a total waste of money. Amazon should not even allow such sellers here. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this phone – it’s better to spend a little extra and buy a genuine product than fall into this trap. Absolutely disappointed – DO NOT BUY!
