Same as in the picture, new. Works as intended and fits as OEM for 2003 Honda Odyssey.

Bought as precautionary measure 2 days later trans started shifting weird check engine light came on code p0741 so i performed ohms test it passed then applied 12volts the actuator worked so I thought the problem was else where test all solenoid they passed then i got the idea to put the old one back on check engine light hasn't came back on since so guessing when it gets hot it stops working it's junk save your $$$ nothing is more aggravating then doing the same job twice then all the testing/trouble shooting only to find out a brand new part failed under a week I could only imagine how pissed I'd be if I had to pay a shop twice
