Does this stuff actually remove the cuticle, or do I still have to clip them off?

Yes you still have to physically remove the excess dead skin. The solution will soften the cuticle enough that you can push them back with ease and then use a buffer to gently remove debris or a cuticle nipper if needed. You only remove the dead skin, not the live skin still attached. Doing nails 15 yrs I've never actually found a solution that "physically removes" the cuticle.

How long do you leave it on

It doesn't seem to take long at all. Because it is watery, I put a drop on my nail (in attempt to not make a mess) then pushed back my cuticle with my tool then work on the next nail. Once I finished my hand I washed it with soap and a nail brush. This stuff is awesome! Works fast with little effort.

Could anyone list the ingredients? Thanks :)

Water, castic postash, calcium carrageenan, oil and lanolin

When using this product you do need to be a little careful. I have heard that people have had a burning feeling if they leave it on their skin for too long. So please test this out on a small area first before diving in. Thankfully I have not had a reaction. But I am careful to only do one hand at a time and I wash everything off in between. Blue Cross cuticle remover is a liquid instead of a gel or cream. I have found the best way to apply it is by dipping a Q-tip into the bottle and dabbing it around my nail. After applying Blue Cross to the entire hand I go back to the first nail and start pushing the cuticle back gently with a cuticle pusher. Simple and Easy Cuticle Care

I've been very happy with this cuticle remover. It does exactly what it is supposed to do and makes cuticle maintenance quick and easy. The formula softens cuticles effectively, making them much easier to remove without excessive scraping or effort. I also like that it leaves the skin around my nails feeling moisturized rather than dried out. Some cuticle removers can be harsh, but this one has been gentle on my skin and has not caused any irritation or discomfort. A little goes a long way, so the bottle should last quite a while, making it an excellent value for the money. Between the effectiveness, ease of use, and gentle formula, this has become a staple in my nail care routine.
