This tray is excellent quality, heavy gauge metal and non stick, it's brilliant for making the whoopie pies that my family love.i would definitely recommend this item ,it arrived earlier than stated,was well wrapped.

I have had excellent results from this Whoopie-Pan. It is a good weight and well made. Use a small ice-cream scoop for an accurate measure of cake mixture and a smooth finish to the sponge. I am very glad that I bought this pan over others and would most definately recommend it to others.

Really sturdy and great quality. My whoopies came out really well. It's easy to over fill this tray though so definitely experiment with the mix you're using.
