日本の他の辞書と比べて言えば、これは辞書とは言わない。日本語で言うところの単語帳である。単語にたいしての文法上の注意などは書かれていない。しかし、当然だが、単数形と複数形は載ってある。非常によく使われる単語の欄には例文が少しあったりする。Comparing with japanese dictionaries, this can't be called a dictionary.It's just a so-called wordbook.It doesn't give any grammatical advise on the words.You can find singular and plural forms of the words.And a few usage examples are shown under the words which may be frequently used.

アラビア文字をやっとマスターしたレベルにオススメ、和書では白水社のパスポートが有名ですが高いし値段の割に情報量が少ない、洋書の中では中級級レベル以降はHans Wehrが有名。これは母音等の符号付きでペーパーバックでとても軽い、表紙左表からは英語ーアラビア語、右表からはアラビア語ー英語、確かに例文はないし、男性、女性形、複数形等も区別されてないけれどアラビア語の性質上その情報量が半端ないからでしょう。今学習歴１か月でもう少しレベルがアップしたらHans Wehrを購入予定。I recommend this dictionary for real beginner who finally mastered Arabic characters.I went to big book shop at Tokyo JP then checked most of famous western publishers dictionary for beginners.If for intermediate learner,probably Hans wehr one is the best. however even if books noticed for beginners,most of them no symbol of short or long vowel etc...This dictionary noticed and constructed from left cover Eng-Ara from right Ara-English in very easy english,just words translation no sentence examples and no separation of male or female,singular or plural forms,i think coz Arabic is very logical language,too many informations couldnt edit like this size,this one is light and compact. I think this is the best for me now,i have just started Arabic learning since 1 month ago.
