Stop Using Long Grain Rice, Buy This Instead, You Will Be Amazed
This is my new favorite rice. I've been using long grain rices (white and brown) at home for decades. I never tried anything other than long grain rices at home until this and I am kicking myself for it now. THIS RICE IS AMAZING. Compared to long grain rice it's more tender, more flavorful and just better in every way. It turns out amazing in my rice cooker whether I use the normal or fast cook setting. I've been using it by itself, to make onigiri and rice bowls, etc. The only "downside" is that this costs more than long grain rice but not so much so that I care given the trade offs.
