Benji uses this more than his own bed inside of the house. He loves to store his toys and take naps in it.Pros: Perfect for airline travel. Fold out feature gives the puppy more room. The ability to load your animal from the top or side makes it super convenient. It has a handle as well as a comfortable padded shoulder strap for transportation.Cons: We wish the plastic boning was sewn in instead of being put in separately by the owner, it tends to come out while the puppy is inside ("bonus chew toy"). For now the size is perfect but in another month or so our corgi will have definitely outgrown the carrier. We wish it came in a larger size as well.

The media could not be loaded.  My chihuahua hates being in her hard carrier and has separation anxiety when she can’t see me. We got this carrier out of the packaging and instantly my dog wanted to explore the carrier. She got in and actually was calm and explored it a bit. We tested it out and took a drive, she sat calmly in her carrier. The big difference was being able to see me and not feeling so confined. The carrier comes with a water bowl - which is awesome on the go! The side zips out for extra space and the padding is soft and thick, like a blanket. The shoulder strap is padded, which is a nice tough for me! I’m so impressed with this carrier and can’t wait to go on a trip with her. We have a few trips planned - one train and one airplane - both of which we found this carrier is approved.

I bought this for my little diva on our road trip over the holidays that ended in a flight back home. I loved the idea that it expanded to provide more room while still being within the rules for the airlines. I got this carrier and tried to assemble it for her to start getting use to it... however the slots or wanna be flap that holds the bars in were nonexistent. I got frustrated and put it in the closet. Next time I saw my mother I asked if she could sew the sticks in place and she found how the set up. So I thought never mind perfect it will work. Travel via car was nice. I could open the side of it and the little miss had some extra room. (Side note the extended side doesn’t fold up nicely so after the first unfolding you lose space in the carrier). Then came the airline trip home. You try to carry your pet in the carrier the wanna more then out of the car into the house the support sticks move with the carrier so now they pop out of the wanna be flaps. I mean I should know by now I paid the cheap price and got what I paid for. Which may be my fault for being hopefully people put more work and care into products for pets then people but it is what you pay for. Super great product for trips you don’t need to carrier your pet far or have a smaller animal then an eight pound cat.

Needed to take my cat with a broken leg with me over the holidays. He is a medium to large fellow at 13 lbs and his cast and himself fit fine in the carrier. The room under the seats where the carrier fits with room for feet on one side. The cat was comfy as he could be on a loud strange plane. He didnt cry out or soil it on the 8 hr journey. Side venting was comforting to him as well. Never used the pop out, except for a little more side venting. Top sags a tiny bit, but not down only flat. Cat had room to turn around and did twice. The removable plush bedding is easy to remove and wash as well.

My cat does not enjoy being carried in it when it is closed because she wants to stand and the bag is not tall enough for her to stand in, but during my long car rides, she does enjoy the space the extension provides for her to lay down and stretch out. I love the pop up bowl! It works well for giving her water or food on the go!

Overall great for the price. Up to 20# however, it can get heavy fast. Used for plane travel. Pup loved when the side compartment was open. He had extra room to sprawl. It can also be opened when under the seat and that helped a lot with his comfort.The bottom does start to sag/concave over time. I didn’t mind as I know I won’t be using this again. Pup is growing very quick. That being said for the price it is perfect and I bet you could always find something to help strudel the bottom of need be.

I’ve always hated being in carriers...you feel so trapped and it’s never comfortable. But this carrier changes the game! It has extra comfortable padding (removable for super easy cleaning, trust me my mommas already had to clean it! #shedseason). It also had pop out mesh so that there is plenty of room- even enough to fit the bonus pop-up bowl! My favorite part about the seat is that you can easy attach it to your car seat to prevent us from climbing all over you while you drive! It took a little while to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, it’s super comfy and relaxing!

I just made a pile of the other four carriers I've tried, to sell them in my upcoming garage sale.My 3 year old YorkiePoo, Sparky, hates carriers because the top always ends up hanging down on top of his head while he's in there. Not this carrier - there are braces inside to hold up the ceiling for him. The entire carrier seems well constructed and like it will last a long while. Both my dog and I are happy with this item, looking forward to toting him around in it on my upcoming Labor Day weekend travels.
