I bought this specific product because I, like many others, thought the grabber feature was built onto, or attachable to the endoscope. The way it is portrayed along with the other attachments makes it clearly seem that way, and if it had been, it would have given this product a differentiating feature against other similar cheaper products.This supposed "pick up tool" is just the stand alone kind you can order or buy on its own, and it does not attach in any way to the endoscope except with electrical tape. Yes you read that correctly, the instructions will tell you to electrical tape the grabber to the endoscope, and your box will include a small amount of tape.This is why it appears to be part of the product in some pictures, its because it is actually electrical taped to the endoscope. You can buy a cheaper model and a grabber tool separately for less money and will have the same results.Other than that bit, its a fine product and does what it needs to do. Would have been happy with the experience had they not tried so hard to make it seem like this product included additional functionality that it did not.

I purchased this product to look into a clogged toilet that I had. I was able to submerge it completely into the water without any problems and find my problem (which happened to be a fidget spinner btw lol). The product was easy to setup and the video quality was much greater than I expected. In reality you don't need to get as close as they say... much better quality then expected. Great buy!

I tried the Android software "Wifi Look" on two phones, and all it shows on either is a black screen no matter whether I click camera or video. The domain even expired for the PC "viewplaycap" software. At least it made a noise like the usb was trying to install on my Windows 10 Surface, but I needed the camera function. I had already started a return because the claw is not inside the camera tube like I thought it was, but since I couldn't find one with an internal claw, I decided to give it a tray. Wasted about 6 hours searching for software that would work on any device I have. Nothing. Could have saved me a trip to the vet and $$$ if it had worked.

For the price, this is an excellent camera. The video isn't 100% real time. It has like a 0.05 second delay via wi-fi. Almost like it doesn't shoot enough frames per second. I was able to see down a dryer vent duct with it, so it definitely works.The grabber it comes with is a bit anemic. It would be better if it were slightly longer and slightly stronger.The whole unit would benefit from a steering device. We have disposable endoscopes at my hospital that have a one direction flex wire built into the unit. This would have been really helpful in this unit.OVERALL, buy this unit. It does what it says. Just know it has its limitations.

This is a great tool that just might save the day! I was amazed at what this device can do. I used it with my I-phone and had NO problem unlike a previous review that stated it wouldn't work with an I-phone. The picture is acceptably sharp and you can make still shots or videos. There are a myriad of applications for this endoscope - retrieve jewelry from a drain, finding dropped screws in inaccessible places, or looking for wires inside walls to name a few. You probably won't use this tool on a daily basis but when you need it you'll be glad you have it.!

Not only can I not get a picture on the app you but this product is poorly thought out. You need to carry around with you an external battery (or laptop) because it has no onboard power. Even if it plugged into the iPhone that would be better (plus then you wouldn't need to fiddle with wifi). But it only has a USB with USB-C adapter in order to connect to a power source. I tried every possible combinations of settings but the app just didn't get a picture even though the iPhone is set to the wi-Fi that the device is outputting (the app itself is also pretty crappy). In the vendor's defense, this is probably a limitation with iPhone itself. They should however make this much clearer on the product description. I sent it back.

For the price, this is a very useful tool. The WiFi function makes was easy to connect. A few other reviews have mentioned lag with the video, but I didn't experience this at all. It comes with an assortment of attachments, which will be useful when the need arises. The LED on the lens is a bonus! It illuminates what the lens is looking at nicely. Overall, a great value.
