This product is the only thing I have not like from Amazon. It doesn’t hold a charge. I charged it the day before I went swimming. The next day at the pool it was dead. I have had it for around 2.5 weeks and it’s a lemon. The reviews all seemed super good. The sound quality wsd great the first day I charged it and used it. However, it stinks that it will not hold a charge. So no matter how great it sounds, if it won’t hold a charge it’s pretty much useless.

If you are looking for a quick download and be on your way, this is not the item for you. This item requires you to reformat your music to MP3 before downloading, so if you are using ITunes for your music currently it requires a call for a technician. It could be just a ITunes issue, but why buy a product that has limited directions in the box and is not really user friendly. I gave it 3 stars because if I was tech savvy I'm sure downloading would not be such an issue and its compact well-built frame. FM gives only static and the other buttons???

This appears to be the exact same as a more expensive version sold by another vendor, works very well, and holds a bunch of music. One thing that you'll need to maintain that I did not deduct a star for (because all of them do it save the expensive Apple shuttle versions) is the connector for the ear buds will allow some water to intrude into it and when it dries, the chemicals in the pool water show up as a white haze on your earbud connector. Wiping with a towel works, a little swirl in a scotch bright and it's good as new.

Received this on 11/15/18.Used it for laps 7 times already.Worked without issue for the 1st 6 times i used it.Yesterday, the left ear bud would go in and out. it seem that anytime you touch where it connects, it would lose sound in the left earbud. Or if i swam fast, it would lose sound.Today, i tried to charge it... Nothing.I tried to turn it on... Nothing.It isnt responsive at all.I would of gave this thing 10 stars until it stopped working.Reaching out to customer support.Will update after

Works as advertised. The sound quality is amazingly good. The first unit I received had a charging problem and was replaced by Amazon in a very timely manner. I do a 2.5 hour lap swim daily, so it stays in the water. Jury is still out on durability, and I would change the length on the wires to the earbuds if I could.

This does not come with a manual. When I turned it on, the volume was so loud that it gave me a headache. Without a manual, I cannot tell how to turn the volume down. There is a QR code to download a manual, but I don't have device to read the QR code.n

The product came as advertised. I charged it before using it per manufacturer's recommendations. After a week of use (about 5 hours of play time), I returned to my computer to charge it. The unit now does not ever recognize itself as having a full charge. Stay Away!Update 01/08/2019:Unit now only holds perhaps a couple of hours charge before requiring a charge. DO NOT buy.

Been using for a couple weeks now and one headphone is starting to fade. Sounds significantly lower than the other. Been mindful to turn in before showering or entering the pool and don’t make changes once in water.
