These noodles are so easy to prepare and make my meals complete. I love bread and crackers and I don't have room in my diet for extra carbs for pasta, I like to keep a set amount of calories in my meal. Thanks to my magic noodles, I can have it all my bread, my pasta and no guilt!!

Best carb free noodles. They’re much less rubber bandy vs shiritaki noodles and they don’t smell bad.

Sure when you open these noodles they do smell fishy, but rinse them, add your flavor, you can’t tell the difference except no carbs.

EASY, Quick, almost no odor, if any, and have texture (not mushy). Beats all the other versions and terrific for those of us with heath-related diet needs. When I couldn’t find these I tried another brand. Threw the others away once I read the crazy directions ... rinse, cook, rinse, re-rinse to get rid of last of odor and THEN use.

Had this brand before and no smell !! just open it then add it into your soup right away, the texture is not too Chewy just alright. I will keep buying this .
