Addendum: OH NO! This isn’t for sale anymore??? Please start making these again! This is the best potty chair for the trail!I love this potty chair. I’ve used it a number of times while hiking (Appalachian Trail and Natchez Trace). It’s a bit low to the ground so, when I first started hiking, I had a bit of difficulty getting up but it didn’t take me long to strengthen my legs and get used to it.I also use the chair for taking rests when I need to while hiking as well as using it at the camp site.I’m over 240 pounds and this held up well. It’s quite comfortable to sit on and quite stable. No issues with stool legs buckling or bending and it wasn’t extremely wobbly. I sat upon my throne with confidence.I haven’t used the table because those big round balls on it make it a bit unwieldily to pack. Nice idea though I’d rather use the chair for sitting on.Once my pee stream hit the middle strap. The strap itself was ok but the Velcro needed to be washed. Simple to clean with a tad of soapy water once I got home. At the “scene of the crime” I used baby wipes without issue. I had no issues with doo-doo hitting the straps though, if it occurred, it would be easy enough to wash.

Love this product. Went on a 3 day backpacking trek and it was the talk of the group. Easy to set up and very convenient. The restop 2 bags work very well with the trail bum. This is a multi-purpose piece of equipment that serves as a chair, a poop chair, and a table. I recently went on a backpacking trek in the Bighorn Mountains - Cloud Peak Wilderness for 5 days and it was AMAZING. This product needs to be available again because I know some people who would buy it. Marvelous invention - light weight - was awesome as a chair and toilet. Can't rave enough about this product.....A++++++++++++++++++++++

I used the Trail Bum 3-in-1 as a stool and table on a backpacking trip this past weekend. I didn’t get to try it as a toilet because I didn’t remember to bring a wag bag, but I wish I had because the ground was rock hard, making it hard to dig a hole!The Trail Bum fit perfectly under the brain of my backpack and didn’t slide around at all. (see attached picture.) Putting it together was simple, although at first I got one side of the legs twisted, so it wouldn’t expand. Once I realized what I had done, it was an easy fix.I was surprised by how sturdy it was as a stool! We mostly used it as a table. My friends and I did a taco bar potluck Saturday night. I have a backpacking table already, but we definitely needed more room with five of us and the Trail Bum table came in handy!I looked briefly at the instructions, but the Trail Bum is so easy that I didn’t really need the instructions. Also, the tabletop held up to spills and moisture from being left out all night. I like the little drawstring bag. It’s super lightweight and holds everything nicely.
