Works great. Of course I take butter and rub along the edges and bottom of the pan. Anyways great pan. Didn’t have any issues. Would buy again. It virtually is non stick. After I cut the cheese cake into 10 pieces just using hot water removed most of everything that was left. Slight swipe with a soapy sponge and hot water, boom, finished. Always hand wash this. I’ve made the mistake of the dishwasher in the past and it ruins baking tins.
