HDMI to RCA Converter, EASYCEL HDMI to Composite Converter Adapter, HDMI to AV CVBS Converter with Power Adapter/ HDMI and RCA Cables

This was purchased as we were cobbling together a video system to stream Sunday services during the COVID-19 quarantine, and it has worked well for that. The only thing I have noticed is that the internal circuits must be tweaked for the market in Japan, because if I select the NTSC setting it has trouble holding sync. If I use NTSC-J it holds firm. The other thing that goes with that is the horizontal scan is then shortened some, and if you have a split-screen wipe on, you will see the difference in scan width between the other video sources and this converter. This converter seems to shorted the horizontal width by a couple of percent. Outside of that, it works great!

This is a nice little RCA converter set up with all the attachments you would need. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. My fault! Through my research 🧐 I thought this was my solution to connect my 2002 SONY TV to a new sound bar that I purchased. But, if this is the correct converter you need for your set up then this would definitely be my pick for you for the quality and the $ price because of all the needed cables and wiring that is included with it. covert your hdmi output (from newer equipment) to an rca output for older tvs / receivers; this one works as advertized and is functioning as expected, although it feels like you have gone back in time having to use one... (but it makes it so I don't have to get a new tv); this one is nice because it comes with a wall outlet plug, instead of other units that only come with the usb cable. I needed the plug because I don't have a usb port to power this device nearby.

I just hooked this up to my 18+ year old flat screen TV that didn't have a HDMI port and it works beautifully! I wanted to plug in a Roku Ultra player (no cable TV anymore) and it only had a HDMI connection on the device, so after a lot of research and reading of reviews I went with this product. I hooked everything up the way the instructions said and everything is exactly the way I wanted it to perform. The instructions do mention that if you are using a device that supports a 4K HDMI output like a Roku Ultra it is necessary to change the resolution to 1080 or lower. Luckily the Roku Ultra did that for me upon setup of the device with my TV. Money well spent!

The item works well, except that the RCA attachments are very loose when connected. Makes keeping the video going challenging.

I got this so I could hook a computer to the converter with an HDMI then to vcr / DVD with the AV jacks and it does work but the picture is a little distorted and any words cannot read.

I've had a Sony 35" glass tube TV from 2001 in my basement unused ( weighs like 120lbs) which had no HDMI ports, only the old style ABCs, and now I can use my laptop with it. Picture isn't 1080 but for an occasional watch it's great.

The product worked just as advertised. served my purpose well.
